Rajat Parr is one of America's most celebrated sommeliers and wine professionals.  A native of Calcutta, India, and a graduate of the Culinary Institue of America, Raj has spent the last 10 years as the wine director for the Michael Mina Restaurant Group and is a partner in the San Francisco wine bar RN74. 

Raj Parr and Sashi Moorman have been friends for more than fifteen years, traveling to many of the greatest wine regions in the world to taste wines together and celebrate local food.  Raj is a constant source of inspiration and knowledge to Provignage and its partnerships.
