Piedrasassi is a micro-production wine company owned by Sashi Moorman, Melissa Sorongon and Peter and Amy Pastan.  Wine production focuses on Syrah from exceptional terroirs in and around Santa Barbara County, and small amounts of "solera" vin santo.  

The partners in Piedrasassi also own Piedrasassi Bread.     

Piedrasassi is one of my favorite wineries in California. Sashi Moorman has the magic touch, and not just when it comes to his own wines at Piedrasassi and Domaine de la Cote, but also those that he makes for Sandhi and Stolpman.
