The Piedrasassi bakery is operated by Melissa Sorongon.  Piedrasassi farms its own organic heirloom wheat, mills its own fresh stone ground flour and bakes its naturally leavened breads in a hand built traditional brick wood fired oven custom built for their Bakery in Lompoc.

Melissa Sorongon bakes every Friday afternoon for the Saturday Santa Barbara Farmer's Market in downtown Santa Barbara. Fresh bread is also available directly from the bakery on Friday in Lompoc, California.
