Vice President of Sales

Justin Timsit is a Los Angeles native with 15 years of experience across Michelin-starred restaurants, national fine wine distribution, and sales strategy. Before joining Provignage, he spent eight years at Martine’s Wines, where he grew from a field sales role into Director of Sales, leading growth across key U.S. markets while working closely with restaurants, retailers, collectors, distributors, and winery partners.

His career began as a sommelier, first at The Rittenhouse in Philadelphia and later at Gramercy Tavern in New York City, where he led the wine program. The restaurant floor formed the foundation of his career in hospitality and gave him a deep sense of fulfillment in the service of guests. It also shaped his palate and his understanding of the benchmark wines, regions, and producers that continue to define excellence in wine.

Years of dedicated study led him to pursue the Master Sommelier Diploma, and he was named one of Wine & Spirits Magazine’s Best New Sommeliers of 2016. He studied Business Economics and Entrepreneurship at UCLA, earning his degree in 2024. He lives in Pacific Palisades with his wife and daughter.
